The Dictaphone online store is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your ordering convenience. The hours that the orders are retrieved are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM through 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Any orders received outside of this time frame will be processed the following business day.
New customers may experience a 24 hour delay in shipment as we are setting up your account.
Tax
Applicable sales taxes are currently unavailable in the Dictaphone Online Store for
your order. The amount of sales tax applicable for the items you have selected
will be calculated following receipt of your online order.

Actual shipping charges will be added to your order when it is filled based on the table below.
