When you place your orders in our online store, you can use one of the following payment methods: Credit Card If you want to pay by credit card, then select one of the credit card types and enter the required information. Your order will be immediately processed and shipped. Purchase Order If you want to place a purchase order, then select "Purchase Order" from the payment methods. This will create for you a printable Electronic Quotation Form. The price quote will be valid for 30 days. Once you process the purchase order, return it via fax to the number indicated on the Electronic Quotation Form along with your signed purchase order. You will be contacted via phone to confirm that your order has been processed. Contract Order If you want to place a contract order, and you are an approved Dictaphone Contract Account, then select "Contract Order" from the payment method and enter your contract name (typically the customer name). IF YOU KNOW YOUR CONTRACT NUMBER PLEASE INCLUDE IT FOR FASTER PROCESSING. The prices indicated on the Store Shopping Cart will be for reference only. The actual prices will be based on your specific contract. A Dictaphone representative will contact you via phone with the Contract pricing for the items which you have selected, and will at that time, process your order over the phone. |
